Luisa

was born in Siena . She learned and worked in the trattoria of her Grand mother in Venice . She married a chef and worked in the restaurant of the Neri family in Siena for many years . She has been working as a teacher at our school for more than 20 years . Students appreciate her skills, her knowledge of tradition, her warm welcoming smile . 

 


Ferdinando

 was born in Naples and after finishing culinary school moved to Siena where he worked as a chef in some of the best restaurants in town .  Students love his creativity, his fantastic hands , his amazing skills and knowledge of nutrition . Nando has been collaborating with the school for the past three years .





Serena

 is a chef born in Siena that has been collaborating  with the school for more than 20 years . Students appreciate her savoir faire , her didactic skills, her fantasy and creativity in gastronomy .
