If you don't have time for a full culinary week , you can join us for a one-day cooking class, which always includes the meal you have prepared. You can discover step-by-step how to make a satisfying, full Italian meal from appetizers to dessert, including the art of making pasta. You'll learn how to create pastas such as ravioli, tagliatelle, pici, gnocchi, hands-on under the guidance of our Chef. Classes are run in italian and english language , mornings or evenings according to the school's availability

the session could be in the morning (9.30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m) or in the
afternoon (5.30 pm - 9.15 pm) . Hands-on cooking lesson. Following
the class, enjoy your meal with wine from the region. No Minimum
